The Evergreen Woods Park Association is 804 units, built in 3 phases and turned over by the developer approximately  April of 1988.  The Association is located in Brick, NJ near the reservoir right along the Monmouth County border just a minutes’ drive to local state routes 70, 88, 35 and 34, the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 195.  The Community includes 3 pools, 2 playgrounds, 1 clubhouse (can be rented for events) 1 tennis court, 1 basketball court, a baseball field and is less than 5 minutes away from the skate park and basketball courts located in Bernard J Cooke Park.  The EWPA is also near some historic sites such as  Allaire State Park and just a parkway South’s drive away from AC and Smithville.
